Terms of Service

1.1 What AVOOTA Offers

The platform provides hotel search filtered by location, price, ratings and amenities; real-time availability from hotels and partners; secure instant booking with confirmations; a trip management dashboard; verified reviews; and 24/7 customer support via chat, email and phone.

1.2 Third-Party Providers

AVOOTA acts as an intermediary/agent facilitating bookings between you and accommodation providers. We are not responsible for the quality of a property's service beyond what is displayed on our platform. AVOOTA reserves the right to modify or suspend services with reasonable notice.

Our revenue comes from commission fees paid by hotels per booking, clearly labeled sponsored listings, travel-related advertising, and optional platform service fees disclosed at checkout. This model does not influence review integrity — reviews are derived solely from verified guest feedback.

3.1 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding contracts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information. False data may trigger booking cancellation and account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access at support@avoota.com.

3.4 Prohibited Activities

You may not: scrape or crawl platform data without permission; make fraudulent bookings; post false or misleading reviews; circumvent security features; use automated tools or bots; or violate applicable laws.

4.1 Making a Booking

When you complete a booking on AVOOTA, you enter into a contract directly with the accommodation provider. AVOOTA facilitates the booking as an authorized agent. Confirmation is sent by email with your Booking Reference Number.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes. Prices are dynamic until confirmation. AVOOTA offers full refunds for pricing errors originating from third-party data feeds.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and digital wallets. Transactions run through PCI-DSS compliant gateways — full card details are not stored on our servers.

4.4 Special Requests

Early check-in, late check-out and room preferences are communicated to hotels but not guaranteed; fulfilment is at the property's discretion.

5.1 Cancellation Policy

Each listing specifies its own cancellation policy (free, partial, or non-refundable), shown prominently before you complete your booking. You are bound by the policy shown at the time of booking.

5.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Platform fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by AVOOTA.

5.3 No-Shows

Failure to check in on your scheduled date without cancelling may forfeit the full booking amount, per the hotel's policy.

5.4 Force Majeure

For natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, AVOOTA works with providers to offer flexible rebooking or credit notes, subject to availability.

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos or other content, you grant AVOOTA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute it. You represent that your content is original, doesn't infringe third-party rights, and isn't defamatory, offensive or misleading. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms. Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences — fake, incentivized or malicious reviews risk account suspension.

All content on AVOOTA — including our logo, brand name, website design, software, databases, text, photographs, graphics and interface elements — is the exclusive property of AVOOTA Travel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction without our consent may result in legal action.

AVOOTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profit, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from hotel actions, inaccurate descriptions, technical outages, or your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Disputes are first raised with our support team at support@avoota.com for informal resolution within 30 days. Unresolved disputes proceed to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India, conducted in English. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in Tirupati have exclusive jurisdiction over non-arbitration matters.

10.1 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via email or the platform. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

10.2 Termination

You may close your account by contacting support. AVOOTA reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, or harm to the community, without notice.

10.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms stay in effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AVOOTA.
