Definitions & Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest") and Avoota Hotels & Resorts Private Limited.
By accessing the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.
Key Definitions
"Booking" means a confirmed reservation. "Property" means any hotel under the Avoota portfolio.

User Accounts
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete information.
- AYou must be at least 18 years of age.
- BOne person may not maintain multiple accounts.

Reservations
Booking & Payment

Modifications
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be in writing. Approved refunds take 7–14 days.
No-Show Policy
No-shows will be charged the first night's stay value.

Guest Obligations
- 1Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Fine: ₹15,000.
